Power adapters have many advantages, such as safety, heat reduction, electrical noise reduction, weight reduction and size reduction. International power converters are useful for travelers who want to use their electrical devices when they travel out of the United States. The outlets in other countries have a different voltage, and without an international power converter, many devices would short circuit or not work at all.
